Guests are advised to arrive at least 30 minutes before the scheduled 08:00 departure. Serangan Harbour is easily accessible from Kuta, Seminyak, Jimbaran, and Nusa Dua by taxi or rideshare services. Private hotel transfers to Serangan Harbour are available across southern Bali and should be arranged in advance. Return check-in from Nusa Penida is at the Caspla Office before the 16:30 departure. Local transportation within Nusa Penida is not included and must be arranged independently.

Infants aged 0–2 years travel free when seated on an accompanying adult’s lap. Children must be accompanied by an adult throughout the journey. Pregnant guests and passengers with serious medical conditions are advised not to travel. Tickets are valid only for the selected departure date and time.
