How to Redeem the "Annual Pass" Ticket
The Eticket Pass must be exchanged with an Ecard before entering the Atlantis recreation unit.
Ecard must be activated according to the selected visit date (ecard activation cannot be done after the selected visit date).
The validity period of the ecard is 1 year starting from the date selected at the time of purchase (make sure to activate the ecard first).

In order to be able to scan your ticket and take photos through the camera, make sure you select allow camera (Photo without a mask)
Enter the Annual Pass ticket number or scan your ticket and click the submit button
Enter your personal data correctly, the Ecard will be sent to your email (make sure the email is correct and active), if it is correct, click the Continue button
Now take a photo of your face, make sure your face is clearly visible in the photo. Click the "camera" button for a photo (Fit your face in the box. When done, click the "Create Ecard") - Photo without using a mask.
Congrats! Your Ecard Annual Pass is ready!
Check your email or you can directly download it by clicking "Download Ecard"
How to Use E-tickets and E-cards:
At the Ancol Gate, show the e-ticket.
Make sure your Ecard is ready to show before entering the Atlantis Entrance Gate.
Just scan the QR code on the Ecard at the Atlantis Entrance Gate. Please adjust the brightness level of your phone's screen before scanning the QR code on the Ecard.
Only Ecards are valid. Receipts or proof of payment cannot be used as a substitute for Ecard to enter Atlantis.

Available attractions include Poseidon Wave (Wave Pool), Asthatirta, Antila River (Lazy River), Apollo Pool (Competition Pool), Kiddy Pool (Elephant Pool), Crazy Slide, SkyBox, Dragon Race, Rainbow Splash, and Dragon Slide.
Attraction availability may change without prior notice.
Outside food and drinks are prohibited in Atlantis (except baby food), and eating around the pool area is not allowed.
Personal mats, cushions, or tents are not permitted in Atlantis.

E-tickets are valid only on the selected visit date.
Visitors taller than 80 cm will be charged the full ticket price.
Swimwear is required.
Children under 12 years must be supervised and are advised to use flotation devices.

When booking, enter the correct email address or phone number. Input errors may result in tickets not being delivered.
Tickets that have been purchased cannot be rescheduled.
Tickets that have been purchased are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
Ticket sales may be stopped at any time, following the policies of the promoter or tiket.com.
